1. That is such a good question.
Just goes to show how when a Democrat commits a minor infraction ... that is so much worse than a Rethuglican commiting a major felony (major felonies).

He is probably going to live out his life without any incarceration. I only hope that when Kenny Boy goes to the great beyond, he'll be held accountable.

3. He's merrily flitting from pleasure palace to pleasure palace
in his private jet, enjoying the serial social seasons of the super rich, untroubled by the annoyance of a few minor charges against him, secure in the knowledge that is good friend Georgie will pardon him if some prosecutor acrually does his job and secure in the knowledge that his stolen wealth will insulate him from any consequences of theft.

7. Here's the story on Linda's "problem"
www.chron.com/cs/CDA/ssistory.mpl/topstory/2905520

She apparently had the Lay family foundation sell 500,000 shares of Enron stock a few days before Enron declared bankruptcy.

Her lawyers say it was all for the charities. It's also pointed out that this may be a way to get hubby.

5. Accountability is for Democrats
Name one Republican slimeball that's been held accountable. Meanwhile the delusional masses are under the really wacky impression that Republicans don't do evil. Which brings up the media and the standard for the double standard: Clinton's penis. But, oh, never mind.

6. Good question.
I've read recently that Old Ken has started a new company. He's picked up the pieces, mourned and healed. He's moved on.

He's also been seen at the In-parties around Houston.

Also don't forget: Ken had an insurance policy that specified if anything happened to his job, he would get I believe $463 million. He collected on that one.

8. I thought for sure that Bush* would
appoint him as Secretary of Energy, to replace Spencer Abraham.
