2 books that will teach and scare you about the mandate
Strange Creations by Donna Kossy " feral house publishers"
Donna wrote a book called 'Kooks" which is funny about all those nutty cults and wackos out there." Strange Creations " is about creationism, eugenics, race babble & the history of some of this right wing garbage.
" The slaves shall serve (meditations on liberty ) " by James Wasserman (sekmet books) is a frightening manifesto of ultra right wing rationalizing. The shit heal even mis reads Huxley,Burroughs, you name it he twists it into his scummy little world. This is what we are dealing with, and it isn't pleasant.
Please do not buy the Wasserman book,it is supposed to be a best seller and this worm doesn't need our money.

1. Was reading this by Kristof
Edited on Sun Nov-28-04 03:44 AM by KT2000
and I wondered how much influence these books may have on the voting public:

"If the United States' secular liberals think they have it rough now, just wait till the Second Coming.

The "Left Behind" series, the best-selling novels for adults in the United States, enthusiastically depict Jesus returning to slaughter everyone who is not a born-again Christian. The world's Hindus, Muslims, Jews and agnostics, along with many Roman Catholics and Unitarians, are heaved into everlasting fire: "Jesus merely raised one hand a few inches and ... they tumbled in, howling and screeching."

2. That series is a lucrative scam cooked up by longtime hack Jerry...
Jenkins and "Rapture expert" Tim LaHaye. Is there anything more ridiculous than a "Rapture expert"?
