I just found this pic of Bush for right after the 2000 election with a big bandage covering up yet another 'injury' to his face. What's wrong with this guy? I've never seen an adult with so many facial injuries.

Most people don't realized that herpes sores can appear anywhere on your body. We had a toddler in the high risk clinic that I use to work with that had a severe case of facial herpes (don't ask how she got that) and it reminds me of the skin lesions that Bush keeps getting.

WASHINGON -- President Bush had four lesions removed from his face last week, including two that are pre-cancerous but not a threat to the president's health, the White House said yesterday.

Press secretary Ari Fleischer said the lesions were removed with liquid nitrogen during a brief procedure Friday at the White House. The president had one lesion on each cheek, his forehead and temple.

AUSTIN, Texas (CNN) -- Texas Gov. George W. Bush suffered minor cuts and bruises Monday after jumping out of the path of a dump truck while jogging, according to campaign officials.

Bush spokesman Brian Jones said the governor, the front-runner for the Republican presidential nomination, was running with his protective detail near the governor's mansion when he heard a dump truck behind him. Bush jumped out of the way of the truck to avoid being hit, but in doing so suffered a bruise to his hip and minor abrasions on one leg, Jones said. First aid was administered on the scene.

A member of Bush's protective detail, riding alongside the governor on a bike, was hit and taken to a local hospital. The dump truck driver was also transported to the hospital.

Jeez, he even managed to send two people to the hospital during this mishap. He's not only a danger to himself, he's a danger to everyone around him.
