I've seen "before" and "after" pics that make it seem like he has. Anyone have definitive info on this? I think he has. He definitely has his eyebrows waxed....in old photos from his first campaign (running for legislature in west Texas), he had pretty much one thick eyebrow that ran across his entire face. It was very odd looking. He now, of course, has two reasonably shaped eyebrows. Waxing. The nose looks different (and more normal), too.
