Is Jim Lehrer part of the "mainstream media"?
Thought that "The News Hour with Jim Lehrer" might do a piece on the goings-on in the senate and house yesterday, but no mention on the 1/6/05 show. Is this show part of the MSM, and thus no longer a reliable source of information?

he's in the dog house? Tsk Tsk. Responding to the hearings the next day is not mandatory. Maybe he's planning on doing something. Maybe he's waiting for a fresh non Tsunami news cycle. Who knows. I am sure it hasn't escaped him.

3. Lehrer is decidedly a Pug. The way he ran the Gore/Stump
debate was a genuine travesty of fairness. Also he has made some very partisan remarks. One time so many DUers and other progressives contacted him that he did a sort of apology the next night.
