It is wrong to say things will get better
Things do not get better. They are made better by hard work and effort of people. The pendulem does not simply swing back of its own accord. It takes courageous leaders and active people to push it back.

In the past need has been the hand that forced individuals into action. Today circumstances are such that those that have the upper hand can blind and misdirect the various groups being oppressed. Trapped by fear of losing jobs or what they currently have they are unable to move.

Now more than ever it is reason and understanding that must bring us together and drive us to action. We will have to be the ones to push the pendulum back. We are going to have to find those amongst us that can lead. We are going to have to be champions for that which we cherish or it shall be lost. Because things do not just get better.

4. What a coincidence
I said basically the same thing to my son on the way home from work, after we passed the protestors and I started bawling and made him uncomfortable. :)

5. Kids get uncomfortable when parents fall apart
They're often not yet used to being the comfort-givers.

Things will get better.

Americans will take only so much, then they can't takes no more!
The truth will take a while more to bleed out. The number of deaths is reaching critical mass.

We have more sane, decent people in this country than we do crackpots.

People are cautious, frightened and incredulous ( thanks to the whore MSM) but with blood flowing for no cause but a venal one, Americans will say "enough."

It is a horrible tragedy, and the Republicans will pay a steep
price politically for their willfully committed sins.

7. Like a friend said yesterday;

people need to be reminded that freedom is not a gift. It must be worked toward as it would give it meaning and value.

(he's very anti-* and not keen on these stupid wars... but he is right. We all appreciate our belongings too much... :-( (And that is why we do not fight.))
