3. Actually, it seemed obvious to me...
...that one of his neo-con buddies had read him an abridged version of Leon Trotsky's 'The Permanent Revolution.' Now our little Napoleon apparently thinks he's going to play an antitype of Che Guevara by starting capitalist insurrections all over the globe.

Panama, Equador, Columbia, Venezuela, Iran, Iraq, Saudia Arabia, Bolivia, Argentinia, Brazil, El Salvador, and the list goes on.

That was all done undercover, now he's just making it official that we'll be doing it and not looking for justifiable bs anymore.
