23. It looks like the tequila twins
Edited on Fri Jan-21-05 11:37 AM by LibDemAlways
are embarrassed to be seen in public with the asshole. I don't see any pride on those two faces. Just "can we get this charade over with so we can go have a drink?"

And what's with the chimp? The expression on the twins' faces seems to indicate that something serious is happening. Why is the monkey laughing? Did somebody fart?

6. It's like asking why should people mind others business?
Edited on Fri Jan-21-05 11:03 AM by ckramer
"No" would be a normal response.

It's just Bush who thinks he can break that golden rule.

10. But it's so profitable to the big corps to spread "freedom".
It's such good business for Raytheon, GE, Boeing, General Dynamics, etc. Spreading freedom really fattens up the bottom line for these corporations, who just happen to be running our Nation right now. As a matter of fact, the Defense Department just ordered up a new batch of MOABs to help spread freedom.

11. If freedom means death by America's military, then hell no
Stupid bush. We wouldn't even be asking these questions if everyone weren't alarmed by bush's "wildfire doctrine." ("untamed fires of freedom spreading democracy to the darkest corners of the world."

17. Well, they sure didn't in the 1990s. And, apparently, they don't now
Some days FReepers praise Bush for bringing freedom to an opressed people, and other days they say we should kill every last muslim in Iraq because they are ungreatful.

16. I do not want to be the Worlds Policeman
every time we try that we get burned. We can not force others to think/act like us.

We should only act when threatened (and I mean legitimatly).

I don't want my son/daughter charging all over the world bring Bushes so called freedom to it. To much bad can happen, and don't feel like seeing them with service connected disabilty (like me) or in a pine box.

If attacked then fight, other wise, nuts.

24. We have been doing it for years. Every one picks us our culture.
We do not need an army to do this. It just filters into their society and they want to rule them selfs after a while. Even in Saudi I was known as the lady from the Free country. They were all interested in who I voted for. They would follow me around the markets when I went in. They just think this country is great or did. They all seem to pick the things they like and do not like. I do not think we can do this with the army.
