Republicans Protect Capitalists, Steal American People's Protections!
Once again, the Republicans have advanced the greed of the few by STEALING the protections held by the rest of our people!!!

As yet another astonishing example of this administration's and it's Republican supporters advancement of and close intimacy with BIG CORPORATE INTERESTS, Senate Bill 5 has been shoved upon the remaining 95% of the American people who will have their rights to justice STOLEN!!!

Senate OKs Limit on Class Actions

http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/news/archive/2005/02/10/national/w123626S32.DTL

This bill is so broad that it precludes ALL justifiable actions against "big corporations" which violate "commoners" (which includes anyone who falls below the top 5% of those who hold almost half the wealth of this country).

Reid make the following comment (in the article posted above):

",...this bill is not about punishing bad lawyers. It is about hurting consumers and helping corporations avoid liability for misconduct."

APPARENTLY, THE REPUBLICANS ARE PROVING THAT THE MAJORITY OF AMERICANS CAN BE USED, ABUSED AND THROWN AWAY UNLESS THEY ARE EITHER RICH OR SUBSERVIENT!!!

SICK, SICK REPUBLICANS!!!!

like them and probably wont hear them.. the courts are being stacked with party whores, so it might be 2 generations before things can change. and the richest 2% own around 90% of the wealth.. probably more by now.
