Robert Ball's Fix for SS

This makes way more sense:

Raise the tax ceiling to cover more of what high-income earners make.
Fix the cost of living adjustment.
Dedicate a limited estate tax to Social Security
Create a failsafe mechanism

on edit: He was on CBS news and stated what we all know. SS is not in crisis. Common sense kind of guy and 90 years old.

what if that paper were folded into a hat, put on the president's head, and danced around the oval office accompanied by a hearty "Yee haw! Yee haw!"

How good would it look then huh? Well?

3. Hardball is getting ready to do a story on SS fix.
Almost everyone has a plan to "fix" SS and most of them make better sense than Dubya's.
