inject French words & phrases into everyday speech around them. Instead of mentioning your work environment, talk about your milieu. Instead of saying that a person has a certain undefinable quality, that person could instead have a certain je ne sais quois.

Norwegian. ;)

No, honestly, just speaking anything BUT English pisses off Republicans. Ukrainian is fun, and it was especially fun to be able to read all the signs during the election fiasco over there, etc. etc.

By the way, I'm just rambling off random languages. No particular reason for them. (And I can't believe I just called Ukrainian FUN...)

WAIT, what! You should learn Norwegian because then you can communicate with Norwegians, Danes, Swedes, and with a little more work, people from Iceland (what do you call them?!), and Scandinavia is one of the most progressive places on earth (I just tied my language in with an actual reason for liberals to learn it, go me!)

Seriously, far too many Americans with disabilities -- deafness and otherwise -- are drinking the Bush** Kool-Aid. For their loyalty they are being rewarded with draconian budget cuts to housing programs, vocational rehabilitation, and more. More Dems who can sign the truth as well as speak it are needed!

You've already knocked 2 off that list. You can attack French or Russian next. Since you already know Spanish, French would be very easy to learn and wouldn't take too much time to become moderately fluent. Russian and especially Chinese/Arabic would be alot harder to learn.
