I think I know how this is going to work, and it's really not going to cost the seller more than .25 cents, but that would mean the winner wouldn't pay!

6. Ya gotta understnad Ebay. If you bid and just don't pay,

the seller gets a refund of all the fees except the posting fee which is 23 cents! This is just a big joke, and nobody's going to be harmed...except the seller who could be banned from Ebay for posting a fraud.
