Karl Rove sent shrub travelling to Europe. Is it President Rove? and Deputy Sec. Shrub?

1. Bush is isolated so Rove has to show "pictures" of Bush with friends
If Bush visits 6 countries and has 6 pictures taken - that sort of 'does away' with the notion that he is hated and isolated. So the follower and stay 'good & deluded'. Some freeper somewhere will be saying to themselves: see... Bush is well loved. Bush is adored. They are liars who say he is the most hated American that ever existed (when they are ready.. we will tell them that Bush is the most hated person ever).
