Lexington Ky 3-19 protest pictures.
Here are a few photos from today's wet and cold march through downtown Lexington. At first we took shelter from the rain. It let up a bit and we marched. The rain held up just long enough for the fine speeches. It was a good day. We got a lot of good feedback. Saw no hecklers.

Below is Susan Tilestone. Her son returned home from Iraq wounded. He has disappeared, and has been missing for over a year.

Below is Anita, the mother of Darrell Anderson. He has become a war resistor living in Canada instead of returning to Iraq to kill or be killed in bush's crusade.

12. We got to keep going to the streets.
We have to let bush know we don't want his war.

4. Anita's yellow ribbon is the only one I have seen that looks good to me.

The only people who should be able to wear them/put them on their car are those people who have an immediate relative serving in Iraq -- not the millions of FOX watchers who have no clue.

9. You're welcomed
Our town puts on a good demonstration.

As the rally came to its end. A guy with a drum teamed up with an old hippie with a tin whistle. They kicked butt. The guy with the whistle would sing a spur of the moment protest song between a few bars on the whistle.

13. Great shots...
I was out today, too, up here in Anchorage. It was wonderful to know that even though there weren't many of us here -- maybe 100 at the most -- there were brothers and sisters in the streets today all over the world. I love the solidarity.
