When W messes up, he whacks one of the servants....

It was the CIA's fault

Clinton didn't do anything about bin Laden neither

Clinton wrecked the economy...

He has the same advantage Reagan did--he will be able to honestly claim no knowledge of wrongdoing. Reagan had Alzheimer's to blame. For Bush, it must be centuries of upper crust inbreeding.
