Poll question: Would you like to see Barbara Boxer run for president in '08?
Edited on Mon Apr-11-05 05:35 AM by Cascadian
Forget Hillary Clinton! She is acting too mushy middle. How would you like the idea of a Barbara Boxer candidacy for President in 2008? She has proven that she has the metal to take on the Neocons. She has guts and would make a good President in my opinion. Of course, it's your turn...

on edit....changed the title of the poll!

4. News Analysis From the Year 2024: "We're Still Not Ready!"
c'mon, how long are we going to hear this excuse?

If Brit Tories could set aside their misogyny and vote for a chick in '79, surely Americans could vote for one in 2008 if she made it through the primary grinder.

(Granted, the Brits weren't voting directly for Maggie Thatcher, but rather her party, but still.)

5. She is probably the one person I would support over anyone else
If she ran, I would support her, unless by some improbability, Dean or Gore ran.

7. I voted no
because I love having her as my Senator and would hate, hate, hate to lose her. Now if she WANTS to be President, I would support her with everything I've got, but I hope she's happy where she is.

8. She would make an excellent candidate
But, you guys can't have her. I'd hate to see the thugs get a foothold on her seat by her winning although she'd be a great prez!
