4. He supported Kerry, didn't he?

Since his ratings dropped by 25% last fall and winter (leading up to the election and its aftermath), I wonder if his support for Kerry turned off his wing-nut listeners?

7. "Support" is really to generous

Saying that Imus "supported" Kerry is a bit too generous. I listened to Imus during the 2004 election, and I was surprised to hear that he was supporting Kerry, "his guy" to use his term. However, when I listened a bit more, it seemed that all he did was bash Kerry, but always follow up with "he's my guy". Yeah, way to support "your guy". Rarely, if ever, did he follow up with any tough questions or comments for the Bush administration.

I think he had some reservations about the Iraq war, but beyond that, he is a right-wing ass kisser through and through.
