The MSM are the ones who REALLY feel betrayed. They were expecting Scott Peterson and instead they got a wman who had cold feet.

She did, through her actions, waste taxpayer resources (whether or not the local authorities did enough during the search is debatable, but they did do something).

It is kind of like that college woman in Wisconsin who faked her own abduction. This woman, like the college student, likely suffers from some form of mental illness, and appropriate assessment should be made to determine the nature of treatment, if any. However, our prison systems are clogged with people who are mentally ill (or just drug addicted) because of draconian policies, so she will likely be charged and convicted.

...that would serve this spoiled brat right for causing such mass attention grabbing strife to family friends and her fiancee. The authorities were ready to treat Jennifer as a missing person homicide and were targeting her fiancee as the prime suspect in a murder crime.

This 32 year old woman needs to be taught a lesson, which many of us found out at a young age, you don't cry wolf just to get attention. At the very least, Jennifer is a very mentally disturbed person and needs to be evaluated and treated for being so immature and inconsiderate. Maybe if she was only 18 and got cold feet and took off like she did, that would be disturbing but could be forgiven But at 32, if she is behaving this way, I seriously question her ability to enter into the responsibilities of a marriage. This girl needs counseling and psychiatric help, and the court and a judge could make that happen, because the family is obviously not capable of pressing this woman into that kind of help. They were ready to go on with the marriage yesterday in spite of knowing what this woman pulled! How dysfunctional is that? And the news people on CNN were thinking there isn't anything wrong with that.

How about a honeymoon bride who decides to do away with new husband and then herself? That would make a great story for the MSM, eh.
