If Al Gore had been in the WH in Sept. 2001, 9/11 would not have happened.

Stupid's numbers were in the toilet on 9/10/01. The attack jumped his approval rating into the 90s overnight. That's what will likely happen when the next attack occurs, with the media drumbeat helping it along.

Never mind that his kleptocracy and their rape of taxpayer dollars to fund their lavish lives have managed to eliminate any funding for any of the recommendations of security experts. Never mind that this idiot and his gang of thieves and religious nutjobs have left the police work undone, the rest of the world hostile, and the infrastructure unguarded. They will be forgiven and people will rally 'round the flag they're wrapped in.

There's nothing we can do about this. It's just mob nature and it happens every single time.

The theory behind bombing a civilian populatin was that the people would become demoralized and stop supporting the leadership. The opposite has been true in all wars. Even in Serbia, the bombing likely bought Milosevic a few extra months he wouldn't have had otherwise.
