(Disclosure: I'm OK with gun ownership, but not actually in the NRA. This call just amazed me.)

Somehow, I have a hard time imagining blue-helmeted soldiers from, say, Germany or France showing up to my door and saying, "Yes, we're here to take your firearms."

Man, the NRA is so dumb sometimes. Make that most of the time. Make that 99.9% of the time. And this is coming from a gun owner.

I hear this crap all the time, and there's no point in telling the winger hose-heads that the U.N. is not a legislative body but a deliberative one.
