11. Nadler brought up a resolution today regarding Sensenbrenner

and his illegal actions. He requested that a new hearing be called and that testimony would be allowed to be taken from these witnesses without interuption.

I tuned in late, so I don't know if he was looking for any other action concerning Sensenbrenner personally. There could have been.

He's just going to be there to observe more than anything else. Haven't heard one way or the other. He's not interested in it though or clearly finding out the truth.

4. Since he has refused to allow the hearings to be held at the Capitol

he has kind of pissed away his ability to do anything about it. Conyers has been forced to move the hearings to a location where Sensenbrenner has no authority, even in his own mind.
