Anybody ever listen to The Young Turks on Sirius America Left?
They pretty much suck IMHO? I was especially turned off when I tuned in earlier in the week and a caller brought up 9/11. They cut him off, calling MIHOP/LIHOP theories totally crazy. They would not listen to the man at all.

Glad I haven't wasted much time listening and don't plan to in the future.

2. Sometimes they are ok...
But most of the time they are lame. I have enjoyed it when they have guests on occassionally, but don't like them otherwise.

Is Air America actually leaving Sirius? It was just renamed from Air America to Talk on my receiver. Anyone know?

3. I listened once...
...but then I switched the station to Rush. The feeling of boiling blood beats the feeling of mild disgust.

4. They Aren't Talking To The "True Believers"....
they are trying to reach the 30 to 45 year old male...who often votes republican just because they think that is what a man does. We need those kinds of voices just as much as we need Randi Rhodes and Mike Malloy. The Turks are very good at breaking down issues in a way that political novices can relate to them. They don't reflect my views on every issue. On a personal level, I enjoy them.

6. Alot of Democrats do not subscribe to those conspiracy theories.
Matter of fact, I would venture to guess that very few do. DU is certainly not representative of the Party and even here its not a view shared by all.

I myself enjoy the Young Turks. They actually have alot of guests and discuss the issues. It is more of a call in talk show then some of AAs fare. Listening to someone rant and yell maybe entertaining every once in a while but I like a little more depth and variety.

Just my opinion...
