3. Of course they are cool with it
They have nothing and no-one to loose. Do any of them EVEN have sons / daughters / loved ones over there in harms way?

Not until they do have someone they care for over there risking life and limp with RPG, Mortar attacks, snipers and IEDs. They couldn't care less.

4. Include the media, as well.
According to many of the MSM, the DSM "aren't anything new."

I don't use this smiley much, but :wtf:

8. Newspaper-o-sphere
Sure, the people on the inside of newspapers see the stories that get axed, silenced or majorly rewritten to support the lies that keep our diseased oligarchs from ever seeing justice.

The "Thats old news" line is definitely the most incriminating bit of crap I've heard coming out of the newspaper-o-sphere. It shows they knew the truth, but were winking to the establishment, and what they expected the smart people to see the story as a lie?
Sounds like CYA to me.

Almost like they are now resigned, shrugging and saying yeah thats the way it is, like we've been in a country with a stalinist state-run media for 60 years or something, instead of just 6 or 7.

9. I know!
They say it as if that makes everything ok!?!

Imagine any reporter, on finding out that the leader of a major nation had lied in order to launch that nation into a war, not salivating at the chance of landing such a scoop. Death, war, lies, its got everything a major story needs.

And yes, the DSM is not only "old news?" It's old UNREPORTED news?

Simply incredible.

Car mechanic: "Your cars brakes failed? I new they needed repair last time you brought it in and did nothing about it. That's just old news."

Tobacco Company: "Cigarettes being injurious to ones health is old news."

Your Doctor: "Your Colon cancer is old news. I knew about it 2 years ago, but didn't tell you. No biggie. What do you think about TomKats engagement?"

Gods!

6. Every dollar is created equal in God's eyes.
The party of property enforces their own 'reality' -- scapegoating the poorest and disadvantaged. The greatest 'crime' in the Republican Bible is being poor. The poor deserve to die in wars to protect property and wars to enrich the wealthy. The poor deserve to be poorer. The only determinant of the worth of a human being is net worth. As the misery of the miserable is increased by the regressive policies of the right, they regard it as 'validation' of their predatory, chicken-coop pathologies.

7. Yep, they want world domination (PNAC)
What country is going to be in their sights next? Iran probably...it's another country with rich natural resources. North Korea could be next too if Kim Jung "doesn't do what Condi says" and disarms.

13. If Kim
is stupid enough to disarm under US pressure then he is merely inviting invasion.

After all, Iraq was actively disarming in the days prior to the invasion.
