SAIC gets a Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering award - odd timing?
Edited on Fri Sep-26-03 10:11 AM by phoebe
maybe I need to put the tinfoil hat on but...seems a wee bit suspicious on the timing, no?? SAIC releases "report" on Diebold same damn day...

SAIC achieves rating

SAIC's Information Technology Solutions Group has achieved the Carnegie Mellon's Software Engineering Institute's Maturity Level 5 rating, based on the Capability Maturity Model Integrated for Systems Engineering and Software Engineering, V1.1.
The ITS Group is the first organization within SAIC, and one of few organizations worldwide to achieve this significant milestone.

The rating was awarded after an SEI authorized appraisal team conducted a thorough review of the system, software and project management processes and practices. SAIC is the nation's largest employee-owned research and engineering company, providing information technology, systems integration and eSolutions to commercial and government customers.

1. in fairness
Carnegie Mellon probably doesn't realize SAIC is an "evil defense contractor" run by a shady cabal of VoteHere executives who want to subvert democracy.

Or is Carnegie Mellon in on it too???

Makes you go "hmmmm".

???
