Reminder: VOTE today if you live in Louisiana (10/4)
There is a primary election today in Louisiana. Note that in addition to selecting the candidate of your choice for November, with Louisiana's odd election laws a high enough turnout for a Dem candidate could give them the victory outright without a need for the run-off. So, if you're in Louisiana drag yourself and your Dem-leaning friends, neighbors, etc. to the polls today!

Main Dem candidates:

Governor -
Kathleen Blanco
Randy Ewing
Richard Ieyoub
Buddy Leach

Lt Governor -
Mitch Landrieu

Secretary of State -
Al Donovan

Attorney General -
Charles Foti

Ag/Forestry Commissioner -
Bob Odom

Insurance Commissioner -
Robert Wooley

(p.s. to moderators - I tried to follow the rules, but if I did something wrong please move/lock!)

1. Jindal will probably come in first
But I do hope that Blanco makes it to the runoff.
