Lost video clip of cops (?) evicting a family in NOLA.
It showed some burly officials smashing a frail old lady to the ground. I had a computer problem just then and didn't get a chance to save it.

had a gun and a knife and was mentally unbalanced.

3.  I didn't see the knife, but I did see the gun.
It was lying flat in the palm of her hand, and only a theoretical threat to anyone. "Mentally unbalanced"? Perhaps, but a "normal, rational frame of mind" would be asking for a lot at that time. If I recall, mandatory evictions were suspended shortly afterwards.
