Blame Ellen DeGeneres For Katrina

Yes the so called Rev Pat Robertson has once again shoved his foot right down his throat. Robertson has now linked hurricaine Katrina with Gods anger towards actor/comedian Ellen DeGeneres' and her selection as the host Emmy Awards.

“By choosing an avowed lesbian for this national event, these Hollywood elites have clearly invited God’s wrath,” Robertson said on “The 700 Club” on Sunday. “Is it any surprise that the Almighty chose to strike at Miss Degeneres’ hometown?

If we can all remember 3 weeks ago he threatened the life of President Hugo Chavez of Venezualla .

My question is which God does this nutcase preach......the God who's Son is Jesus who died on the cross or is it some other God that Im not aware of. Sadly this man is a good freind of our wonderful president bush infact they are both Neo-Cons. Robertson has said in the past that the USA needs to become a theocracy which is a principle of the Neo-Cons.

How much more tolerance does the Christian community have for this kind of public behavior. I have once again written the Trinity Broadcasting Network asking them to take serious consideration and not renew the 700 Club contract when it is done.

People like Robertson give Christianity a bad name and make it more difficult to share the Love of Christ.
