We were watching CNN last night showing replay of his testimony before Congress. He stated that he had overseen 150 Presidential disasters. Not much comes to mind in his one or two years as FEMA director.

The guy is full of crap...he took care of Florida! He sure did. He made sure people with NO HURRICANE DAMAGE received a $7500 check! IMO, that needs to get out there!

Here's a link to FEMA's list of declared disasters for 2005. Its easy to see how they would be unprepared for something like Hurricane Katrina when they consider a snowstorm in Alaska to be a disaster.
