The funny thing about the documents that Miers is handing to W is that they appear to be mostly blank. Of course, there's the official seal at the top of each page and some bold headlines but other then that the pages appear to be blank?

No wonder Bush ignored the warnings about bin Laden, Miers probably didn't want to upset his beautiful mind?

This is the PDB (Presidential Daily Briefing) that Bush ignored just before 9/11. He elected to continue his 5-week vacation at his "ranch" in Crawford, Texas rather than respond in any way to this Clear Warning of Imminent Danger to the USA.

Why didn't Bush respond to this -- one of dozens of formal, EXPLICIT warnings that we were about to get hit?

Why didn't Bush do anything at all to protect America?

Ms. Miers must be asked these key questions. To confirm her to the Supreme Court without having her go on the record on 9/11 and the PDB would be TREASONOUS.
