The hyperactive movement of his jaw is an indication of someone who's on that kind of medication.

3. The jaw twitch
is much more pronounced. It usually occurred at the end of every few sentences. Now it's happening mid-sentence, and even between sentences. I think stress is taking its toll. Notice the puffy eyes. It's a sign of chronic boozing.

4. I find the twitch hypnotic
I can't stop watching for it ever since the NOLA blue speech when it was off the charts. I never heard of coke jaw or anything so I wasn't looking for it. When will at least a comedian, The Daily Show, someone make fun of this?

5. Maybe he is, but I think he needs something stronger.
I know a lot of ADHD people, and none of them are as "out there" as GW is. I think his problems go a lot deeper than that.
