I'll go along with competency tests, but only for folks like bus drivers and airline pilots who are encharged with other people's safety. Otherwise it's a body search, as far as I'm concerned.

No one seems to care about OUR dignity when they force us to pee in cups to make our living. I'd love make all those SOBs submit to a pee test monthly. The Constitution sets forth the requirements for the office. Any other requirements would require a Constitutional Amendment. Same for Senators, Representatives, and Supreme Court Justices.
