The NeoCons have the White House and apparently controls the Congress

Does the Roberts appointment/confirmation and the pending Miers appointment mean that they (the NeoCons) will have "won the trifecta"?

Seems to me (please correct me if I've got this wrong) that if Ms. Miers gets the Supreme Court seat, the NeoCons will then control all three branches of government and then there won't be any branch of government left to stop/slow-them-down?
