If the Democrats were smart they would turn the Harriet Miers controversy
into a woman's issue and make the Republicans out to be sexist. What do you think?

4. Nope.
Dems shouldn't say anything about her. They should all vote no.

3. She's unqualified AND Bush is going around telling RWNJs to "trust me"...

I'm not sure what to think of her, but finding out where she stands is far more important than trying to out game the Republicans on this issue.

5. They should be honest, straight-forward, and allow the leaky,
shabbily constructed boat to sink.

7. Dems need to hammer Bush's promise that Mier will never
change. The only way she can keep from changing is to not listen or think. That makes her unqualified as a judge.

The more Bush says she'll listen to both sides, the angrier the RW will get. The more Bush says she'll stay the same forever, the more the public will be outraged by the pick.
