The reason for war protesters
There are many reasons to oppose war. But to start is why isn't everyone in U.S just stands with Bush and follows him blindly. When a large groups of people follows a leader blindly terrible things happen, example nazi Germany. Bush would love for entire government to be republican. Then he could openly do what he wants without opposition. In fact opposition ended Vietnam war. A lot of protests that took place caused it to end. President in my my opinion should support people's views, but not the corporation's views. There is no reason to be extreme left or extreme right. Moderate politics are the best.

Just an opinion I am having with a cup of coffee! :)
One should not stand blindly with the leader if he is wrong, though one must also support the leader if he is right. I support Bush giving aid to earthquake victims. Though I hardly find anything else to support him on.

1. Somewhat agree...
As long as Bush is president, I don't believe protest will end the war in Iraq. He just doesn't care. However, I've attended war protests, and will continue to do so, for more-personal reasons -- I'd like to be able to, years from now, be able to say that I did everything I could.

Who is the leader of the extreme left and what do they want and who is the leader of the extreme right and what do they want?

3. I wouldn't keep protesting the war
if I didn't think it would make a difference, somehow. Although it is hard to see if bush will EVER listen to what the people want, at least we are starting to make ourselves heard...

that I agree with, off the top of my head, other than supporting helping disaster victims, and he's proved to do that reluctantly in the recent past.
I did (past tense) have a friend who thought since he was 'selected', we have to blindly follow. I obviously disagree, and think that is very dangerous.
Edit to add: Protest is necessary. Even if * isn't paying attention, other people are. Just look at what Cindy Sheehan inspired-the start of something big and long overdue.
