1. Never, Dobbs LOOOOOVES the War in Iraq. If he had 20 kids he

would send them all off to be cannon fodder. I have never seen anyone with such a hard-on for war. I think he buys the James Baker III argument that we need to control the world's oil supply in order to be top economic dogs. However, he has shit for military brains so he doesnt understand that we do not have the miltary capility to actually control and PUMP the world's oil supply. (Of all the world's super powers, I suspect only China does, and it would cost even CHina a lot, more than it would care to spend).

This is what happens when a person who has a single ability (in his case a head for investment) thinks he understands something else (military matters). Same thing happened when Nader decided that his knowledge of law and consumer issues meant he knew politics.
