Why has the "Separation of Church and State" forum been eliminated?

Why has the "Separation of Church and State" forum been eliminated?
It seems to have been folded in to a generic "Civil Liberties" board. I would assert that preserving the secular society created by the Framers of the Constitution is more fundamental and much broader than just civil rights alone.
