Edited on Mon Oct-10-05 01:42 PM by DougieZero

The team behind the Daily Show are debuting a new show on Oct. 17th at 11:30PM. I have known about this for awhile. It's a daily parody of O'Reilly, Hannity and Scarborough.

A recurring bit is Stephen Colbert having a "franken feud" with a top secret comedian.

There is a talking points memo and he is going to sell crap at the end of the show.

Barney Frank is going to be on the first week.

5. I suspect it will be awesome.
Hopefully it won't flop like Crossballs did.

I love Stephen Colbert. If/when Jon retires, Stephen could totally take his place. He's the second funniest guy on TDS next to Jon himself.

Interesting Colbert fact: He also provides the voices for Phil and Reducto on Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law (on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim).
