Today's Bushism
This was said in Washington, D.C., December 15, 2003:

"See, without the tax relief package, there would have been a deficit, but there wouldn't have been the commiserate-- not 'commiserate'-- the kick to our economy that occurred as a result of the tax relief."

So is he trying but intellectually unable to say, "the deficit would have been worse without the tax relief?" That's preposterous, unfounded, bald faced lie, opinion at best, propaganda at worst. The kick is the kick in the teeth of all but the 1%'ers.
