Do you believe employers who hire illegal aliens to fill jobs in the Gulf Coast region should be:

3. You DON'T jail a Corp! You jail it's owner/President!
The head of the Corp is responsible for what his employees do. TS if he/she can't control them! I guarantee you, if they were threatened with jail time, hiring illegals would stop tomorrow!!!!

4. You jail the principals.

Edited to add that...for people like the chiefs at Halliburton, fines are considered a part of doing business and are already factored into the prices they charge. To get them to stop breaking the rules, you have to make them feel real pain and suffering. The legal way to do that is imprisonment.

5. Ok who at Wal MArt goes to jail for the Illegals they lock in for the
Overnight clean up crew? On the other hand what if you gave them a $10,000/person/incident fine? A 20 person crew for 6 months would be
36 Million fine. That would rock their world
