Of course it's CHENEY
Do you think "Scooter" Libby gets to wipe his behind without a go-ahead from Mr. Fuck you Darth Vader? Do you think he would rogue out and do this "get Wilson" trick on his own? And where did he get the information from? Who has access to the classified documents? Who is responsible? Of course it's Dick. Who was in charge on 9/11 anyway? Who makes 3 thousand times in profit on his stock holdings in this little WAR thing? Whose making the big bucks to guarantee that his cronies get rich rich rich from death and destruction?

Of course, it's Cheney.

Just as we always suspected. Let a little justice in, please.

7. Heart palpitations aplenty here
I don't know how we can recover if our chains are being yanked. WE know it's Cheney. But bagging him is the ultimate dream, him being the real president behind the president.

3. The bigger the fish, the better to fry!
May this be true, and it sounds so logical.
I wonder about his 'last throes' comment regarding Iraq; that surely made DICK sound out of the loop. And did he really think we are all completely stupid?

6. I am seriously considering buying a bottle of champagne
just in case Cheney(I'll be happy with anyone in that administration getting indicted though)gets indicted for what in effect is treason

I haven't had a drink in 4 years - I was all set to drink to a Kerry Presidency - that didn't pan out. I was going to wait for significant wins in 06 or a Democratic win in 08 but an indictment of Cheney might just be reason enough to celebrate

12. That's an excellent idea, and if it turns out they don't get Cheney,
then I'll have a good reason to drink the whole damn bottle. I haven't gotten drunk since 1987, but, like the Dimson, this just might do it for me.

9. Everyone knows it's CHENEY
You know that song, Everyone knows it's Windy by the ASSOCIATION? Well, I am inspired:

CHENEY
The (Major League Asshole) Association
(Apologies to Ruthann Friedman)

Who's freaking out because of indictments
Calling his lawyers, gasping for air
Who's bending down and feeling the pressure
Everyone knows it's CHENEY

Who's tripping down the steps of the Senate
Swearing at everybody he sees
Who's reachin' out to glad hand a crony
Everyone knows it's CHENEY

And Cheney's a BIG TIME guy
A major league asshole, my!
And Cheney's caught in a lie
He's goin' down (He's goin' down)
He's goin' down (He's goin' down)

11. I don't think the question is so much "Is it Cheney?" but
"Will Cheney be rightly blamed?"

13. Wouldn't Cheney have been called by the prosecutor to testify were this
the case? Or, not quite yet???

Is "Fitz" getting his proverbial ducks in a row?

14. "Who makes 3 thousand times in...?"
Not Cheney.

If a stock goes up 100%, it has doubled. If it goes up 200%, it has tripled. If it goes up 900%, it has increased by ten times.

Keep going. An increase of 3,281% is just about 34 times.

15. options are very different from stock
they can be far more leveraged that stock and many multiple is not unheard of, especially for the kind of long term options that employees and executives get.

the huge winners are those who have pre-ipo options, and that's the only real hope many of us have of becoming millionaires.

16. and, they're arrogant enough to dispense with "plausible deniability"
i'm sure they figure that between bribable/extortable fall guys and the presidential parson, they don't actually need to be able to prove they had no knowledge of the dirty deeds.
