Reagedless of Guilt or nnocence, Rove and libby would have to stand trial in DC. It certainly is not a mortal lock given the standing of their boss in the polls and the the district's political pedigree seems like there would be a change of venue fight.

We don't know what charges Fitzgerald is working on, nor the scope of those charges. Let's not try to get too far ahead on this thing.

If he indicts then the case is judged on the merits...were laws broken...not public opinion. If Rove and/or Libby is indicted, Fitzgerald will try the case in DC Federal court where it belongs and where the best results will happen.
