The three of us are even close on the date/time. I say Wednesday October 19 10:00 a.m. (Eastern time. No one has mentioned time zone but I presume everyone is talking D.C. time.)

I say 12 people (at least), 54 indictments. The indictments will, for some defendants, include multiple counts of the same offense (e.g., perjury, obstruction, conspiracy) for different instances of the offense. For example, some probably committed perjury multiple times. Some of the indictment counts will basically be bargaining chips.

As a bonus, I think we'll get some hint of the damage caused by destroying Brewster Jennings and/or the stuff that BJ found out on somebody (probably Cheney and/or Halliburton) before their cover was blown. Fitzgerald will reveal some of that because the scope and number of indictments will require some explanation.

75. Yes. In my view, the outing of BJ was the most damaging to,...

,...national security. Sure, the plot against Joe & Valerie was criminal. However, the malice associated with blowing an international cover tracking WMDs was extraordinarily serious and treasonous (altho' I don't believe the charge of treason will be utilized).

It would be amazing if twelve or more people are pulled into this criminal prosecution. The more, the better to ensure full accountability.

I agree with you that the indictments will cover every possible criminal avenue; some moreso than others. Often, prosecutors will lay on 35+ counts for leverage.
