31. Yes, I read somewhere she lost 20 lbs in jail.

I made the comment that women do NOT lose weight in jail, they gain it at horrific rates. She must have been stressing that whole time in jail. That is what led me to speculate that she either turned before she went to jail, and she went to jail to keep safe and set up Libby and others, or she turned in jail and started talking and then set up everyone else.

33. Miller is happy because she is out of jail.

She is smiling because she thinks that now that she has "testified," the worst is all over. If Judy has to face cross-examination under the penetrating stairs of incredulous jurors in a court of law, her smile will disappear. For her sake, I hope she told the truth and the whole truth. Because if there are indictments, every lie she told to the Grand Jury will come back to hit her in the face. (On edit, I certainly don't mean that literally. I'm not suggesting there will be any violence in or out of the courtroom. I just mean that any lies she may have told, any inconsistencies, will be used at trial to discredit her -- and not necessarily just by Fitzgerald.)
