Anybody catching this?? This guy is outrageous!! I know lawyers have to defend their clients, no matter what, but holy shit is this guy full of it!! He actually said the cops acted appropriately, or according to procedure...something like that!! He also just dressed down the media for "slanting" their coverage of the story!!! Slanting?? It's right there in front of us!!! Video and photographic evidence!!! You just cant wail on someone's head and face like that!! Three cops on him, and they can't subdue a 64 year old man???!!! Not without beating the shit out of him??? Fuck right off!!! This asshole attorney also said that people are "assuming" excessive force was used!!!

Only an idiot would buy that made up story. I saw two white people being interviewed last night who witnessed the incident and corroborated the victim"s story. One said he had never seen anyone beaten up like that, not even in the movies. I knew they would say that they feared he had a weapon. That is the typical story when the police get caught brutalizing people. Even if the victim had been drunk, since when do you have to use that kind of force to subdue a drunk who, as they claim, was so drunk he was staggering, a drunk who was a senior citizen.
