Does Rove's OWN WORDS INDICT HIM (Or His Attorney's)??? (New David Corn)
"By Rove's own admission--or that of his attorney--Rove did pass classified information (Valerie Wilson's employment status at the CIA was classified) to at least two reporters (Cooper and Novak). By Bush's statement, Rove deserves "appropriate action." Yet so far no "appropriate action" has apparently been taken. Why might that be?"

--snip--

That right there is a crime under the Espionage Act. By his own admission, he's indictable and committed a serious crime. The ONLY way I can see him getting out of this is if Fitz somehow drops the ball or is corrupt(ed).

1. Peddling this * would never do that so Rove defied him crap -
Are they seriously peddling this * would never do that so Rove defied him crap? Are you kidding me? Is that the message of that story? To suggest that * would never do such a thing, never be involved in such a thing? For real? That is the most ridiculous rubbish I have ever heard.

2. how could Bush not have known
what I find suspect how could Bush not know what Rove was doing since they are very firmly entwined? I wonder why Bush hired his own attorney?
