I'm a Cancer, GWB is a Cancer, I'm a drunk, GWB is a drunk
Mark my words, GWB is about to cut his nose off to spite his face!

If the RWers embarrass the Miers nomination, and force him to withdraw Miers, Georgie Boy will go into meltdown, and he'll nominate someone the GOP will hate, more qualified and not pro-life. He will drink openly and be even more arrogant than usual.

Cancers and esp. Cancer drunks know how to hold a grudge!

This is an all around win win for Democrats, not to worry the shrub is about to spontaneously combust. Don't forget your marshmallows and weinies. Just hope they keep that football far from his reach.

All his protectors are about to be indicted and I see them bringing Karen Hughes into handle him, but he will still implode!

19. Bush is a Cancer, but he has Leo rising (Ascendant)
And that's where a lot of the action is these days in his horoscope.

Transiting Saturn (Karma, responibility, weight) has just crossed Bush's Asc, is on his Mercury, and will soon park on his natal Pluto. This PROCESS goes on from now till late May, 06 -- so we ain't seen nothin yet.

Hold onto your Astrolabes, Saturn incoming !

46. Depends on the degree of Leo you have rising
Runs 1-30 degrees. 12 signs X 30 degrees + 360 degree Zodiac Circle.

Every chart has its own particularities, so I would make no assumption about when Saturn will cross your ascendant, other than to say that if you have Leo there then Saturn will cross sometime over the next two years.

But karma and responsibility can be good things, too, if you have been honest and diligent. Saturn generally brings you what you DESERVE.

9°24'41 .. I understand the 9 degrees (sorta). What do those other numbers mean? Also have Saturn in Scorpio 4th House.

From astro.com it says Saturn conjunction Ascendant: End of September 2005 until beginning of July 2006

This is fascinating. Thanks.

49. Thanks! Have you ever heard of this book?
Isabelle Hickey’s book “Karmic Astrology"? A friend of mine uses it a lot and explained my chart using it.

This is what he wrote (sorry to go off topic on myself .. but I need to) ..

Saturn in Scorpio 4th House: Secretive and apt to have moods for withdrawal. Psychic ability. In 4th House Saturn operates in later part of life when its negative aspects are harder to take. Happier away from home & possible strong mother complex.

I do have some stuff to work on.

On topic: What house is Saturn for Bush?
Do you think that's important?

I'll do more research but really enjoy your input.
This past Sunday I felt a quantum shift in my perceptions.
Have been struggling for awhile now and felt like a load lifted off my shoulders. Nothing has changed much on the outside yet, but the interior is rearranged .. somehow. Hard to describe.

13. Until this is moved...I'll give a 2 Cents...
Since I live with a Cancer. Lovely people...innovative but always geared towards home and family. Everything they do is geared towards home and family.

If you look at Bush's Speeches where he re-named "National Security" into "Homeland Security" you see the emphasis on HOME. (now Rove as a Capricorn also loves "Home" so you see double emphasis on "Homeland Security." As a Virgo....with both Cancers and Capricorns in my immediate family...I scoff at using "Homeland Security." It reminds me of Germany and Hitler...but to my Cancers and Capricorns it has a "cozy and fuzzy ring to it...as a sound byte."

Take Bush's reading to the kids about a Pet Goat down in Florida...typical Cancer. They LOVE KIDS...LOVE TO TEACH and think that the KIDS will see them as an IDOL for just coming and showing attention to them...but Cancers honestly love and coddle kids. Virgo's love kids but don't "coddle them" and neither do Scorpio's (Laura Bush).

So...taking Bush at his Sun Sign...he can be duped by folks who flatter him by talking about keeping the "Homeland Safe." There's nothing more Bush ever wanted than to be loved, cozied and BASEBALL. That he was a Cheerleader at Yale during the biggest time of protest Yale ever had over Vietnam...says more about his "longing for belonging" than anything anyone ever writes about his personality.

This man is "out of his league" and if it wasn't for his domineering Father and Mother he might have had a good life outside of Politics.

But...he was their last hope for some kind of use as a "Tool" by the NeoCons who have run Bushies for decades. It was "Cold War" and then Neo-Con." And going back to the Nazi's the Bushies have very bad "war mongering Genes."

That's a discussion for another time...but since I live with a Cancer I can understand why, with all the Leadership Qualities Cancers are born with...the Chimp was chosen to lead America into the "Fall of the Roman Empire/Redux."

 I'll leave it at this..since this post will be moved and I'll sound like I'm blathering.

23. Earth and Water signs were predicted to have a really bad time in
the beginning of the 21st Century. All that we love and that nurtures us is being defiled and destroyed. It was said to be a time when many of us would "need therapy." But, a time when WE WERE CALLED TO SAVE THE EARTH.

Earth and Water Signs...Our Fire and Air signs would need to help us. Mayan Calender....End Times....or the TIMES OF A NEW BEGINNING.

We were all CALLED HERE ON DU...and elsewhere...to be "THE NEW PEOPLE."

If we can't help bring the CHANGE FOR GOOD...then it all dies.

It's a terrible responsibility on our shoulders. It causes some of us to take breaks or indulge too much or find really healthy ways to DEAL.

 Just my sense from alot of reading. MY EARTH...so defiled...and that the folks in the WH are Cancers, Capricorns and Virgos...who all let down their "charge" to protect the EARTH....

So those of us who share their signs need to work against them with everything we've got. We're doing some good stuff...but their Dark Force for the "negativity" of their signs is working some bad JuJu against us.

42. Your post reminded me of how much I hate Virgos.
Just hate 'em. Not because all of them are hate worthy, but because...so many of them have some of the darkest, most evil, ineffectual qualities within them--not to mention effects on the people and things around them. A Virgo choosing good? That's probably a beautiful thing. A Virgo choosing evil? You don't want to know.

61. You are so frappin' wrong! It's the Capricorns you have to watch out for.
They're mean, hornery, and downright sneaky. To top it off, they have the darkest, wickedest sense of humor that you could ever conceive of. Strike that. You can't conceive of it. And they take great pride in scheming and unleashing their black, evil designs. And when a Capricorn has a skill in technology the havoc they can unleash is beyond fathom. Think Kevin Mitnick crossed with Hannibal Lechter with a dash of Syd Barrett. If you come across one of these individuals on the internet you can be sure your entire life will lie in ruin before you can blink. Trust me, I know. I've been one for 39 years. Now... I wonder what BlueIris would use as a password...

63. My mother and sister are both "Capricorns".
And neither of them are mean, ornery or downright sneaky. My mother does nothing but sit on various amateur dramatics and arts & crafts committees, where I suppose she might unleash her black, evil designs, if those designs amounted to staging My Fair Lady rather than Carousel. Actually, she makes rag rugs and I don't care much for rag rugs, so you could accuse her of unleashing pastel, evil designs.

20. There's tons of Stuff about Bush being a "Cancer" in Astrology Forum
and they've nailed him for years. He has his own birth chart so that what's true in "general" for Cancers...is when one looks at Bush's own chart and birth time...and year might be very different from the rest of our "GOLD START DU CANCERS" who tend towards the "LIGHT SIDE" and not GWB's "DARK SIDE."

I think Sun Signs are guidelines...and not being an astrologer but reading much about it for years...I defer to those who get more into individual charts than I could possibly do.

But...I still say GB is a CANCER who used his great gifts for Cancer Compassion...to a DARK END. So, he could be a Darth Vader...but he's so clueless he became a "TOOL."

And...I do feel that he has a very "EVIL" side to him. And that can only come from exploring where the planets were when he was born that he succumbed to such a DARK FORCE.

DU's Nancy Waterman has the BEST BUSH PROFILE out there...but there's a British Astrologer who pegs him nicely also.

35. Whoa. Check out what this Brit astrologer predicted:
Edited on Wed Oct-12-05 09:37 PM by Straight Shooter
From the more minor influences, 2005 also looks to be a confused, undermining, panicky year with not much focus or concentration. Neptune will trine his Moon, making him overly sensitive, low in physical energy, wanting to withdraw from too much aggravation. There will be panics as Pluto squares Mars/Neptune through December 2004, repeating again in late June to early August, October and November 2005. This tends to accompany cunning and deceitful behaviour, disasters caused through water, brutal damage. His energy levels will be low at this time and he’ll feel paralyzed, unable to motivate himself into gear. Pluto also trines Sun/Neptune and Mars/Pluto, Mercury/Mars from mid February to mid May and in December 2005 and again July to early November 2006. This will bring chaotic conditions, perhaps scandal, illness, weakness, calamities and disasters, tough conditions and high irritability. His Jupiter/Saturn midpoint, always a career indicator, is also being rattled by a Uranus opposition in 2005 in March, late September to end of October, December to early January 2006. This tends to bring strong emotional tensions, sudden change in circumstances, maybe damage to houses or cars. His health will again be affected.

Very interesting site, indeed.

53. oh my..he's a cancer!
that's veddy veddy intrst'ng...cause cancers tend to like me :yoiks: ...(I'm a leo..and many of my friends have been cancers...BUT they can be very clingy (at least the ones in my life..no offense the "good cancers"..and the ones in my life are very vendictive people and really HOLD A GRUDGE..I find them hard to relate to on that point..infact that's a pet peeve of mine - I'm not a fan of vengance.
Don't know any alchoholic cancerians though...

64. Hey, how 'bout them Scorpios? LUV them Scorpio women!
I had a Scorpio Eff-buddy who could've suck-started USS Missouri and made Abbraxa look downright prudish...

Heard that ALL scorpio women are maniacs in bed... How 'bout it? True?
