Wasn't she a news reporter at one time?

During the campaign '04 'Frontline' did an episode about Kerry and Bush. There was a shot from the early 70's on a bus or plane covering whatever George HW Bush was campaigning for and I swear the correspondent was Kay Bailey Hutchinson. That was a rather eye opening moment! It certainly put her in a whole new light where I'm concerned. I couldn't stand her from the get go but after finding out that she's been a Bush whore since the '70's makes her presence that much worse. Ultimately what is appalling is that her background and connection with the BFEE is rarely a topic of discussion.
