All of Bush's court picks must be removed immediately! (DeLay precedent)
"AUSTIN, Texas - In a courtroom victory for Rep. Tom Delay (news, bio, voting record), the judge in the campaign-finance case against the former House Republican leader was removed Tuesday because of his donations to Democratic candidates and causes.

The ruling came after a hearing in which Delay's attorneys argued that state District Judge Bob Perkins' political donations created the appearance of bias. Perkins, a Democrat, has contributed to candidates such as John Kerry and the liberal advocacy group MoveOn.org.

"The public perception of Judge Perkins' activities shows him to be on opposite sides of the political fence than
Tom DeLay,"
defense attorney Dick DeGuerin argued.

Well then EVERY single one of Bush's judicial picks must be removed from the bench IMMEDIATELY...and any conviction or ruling against Democrats by BIASED Repuke judges must be overturned, and sentences commuted.

What's good for the goose, is good for the gander.

5. Calm down.
The judge wasn't REMOVED from being a judge. He was removed from this case.

DeLay hired one of the best, cleverest attorneys in the state to plead his case, too.

For those who can afford to go to the mat with a top-paid attorney on your side, sure, try to use the precedent. Spin that your case is partisan political and your judge is on the other side with his/her contributions.
