Lemme get this straight: Closed sessions to pass judgment on blow-jobs is
Edited on Wed Nov-02-05 12:38 PM by brainshrub
okay; But if you call for a closed-session to demand accountablity into how the congress was lied to in order to start a war, that's a "stunt"?

:eyes:

It is ever possible to plumb the depths to which Republicans will sink?

1. Understand that the Clinton blow-job is the only ammunition they have
and that is a good indication of how desperate they have become

6. They did it SIX times for Clinton's mighty penis, not four.

It blows my mind that the Republicans would dare oppose accountability for those who caused so much pain. Republicans do not have the right kind of values to lead.

8. Your welcome. My source:
http://www.cnn.com/2005/POLITICS/11/02/senate.iraq/index.html

Rule 21 has been invoked 53 times since 1929, according to the Congressional Research Service.

It was invoked six times during the impeachment trial of former President Bill Clinton for senators to organize the proceedings and deliberate on his eventual acquittal.

12. Okay, now this is pissing me off...
...all the news reports I've seen today say that "this is the first time this rule has been invoked in 25 years!" -- which is used as ammunition to promote the idea that it's a Democratic stunt.

Anyone else hear this?

9. And it leads Bill Frist to believe that Reid 'can't be trusted'. Coming
from Senator Blind Trust, that's truly a sick joke.

11. This coming from a man who would lie to animal shelter workers
just so he'd have cats to kill.
