4. Always later...
Notice how they do that? That's the way it's been with the war in Iraq - a complete disaster. They create cliffhangers: there will be a referendum, complete with purple fingers. Next, there will be a constitution. Next, there will be another election. THIS TIME everything will be OK.

They're always moving the goal posts further away.

16. That will be the "I AM A CROOK"speech

because he can't talk his way out of a paper bag.

He gets really nervous when he has to say "sorry" because he doesn't believe it.

I say, bring on the speech Chimp, bring it on!

11. I may be stupid but I don't get that. Unless he's being investigated
Than it would make sense. Otherwise it has nothing to do with him right? I mean Cheney's running the country he's just doing the photo ops so why should he not have a comment?

Bush: The best way we can honor the brave men and women who have given their lives in the struggle for a free Iraq is to complete the miss....uh...er...(Bush puts hand back to earpiece and mutters "Damn it Karl...")

Bush: Bird Flu!! Bird Flu!! Run for your lives!! Thank you, and God Bless America.

24. Heh he
Last night, we were watching the movie "The Two Towers" , the 2nd movie in the Lord of the Rings series.

At one point, the orcs were arguing amongst themselves. It was pretty chaotic. Finally, they attacked one orc and started eating it.

Why does the Bush administration remind me of orcs?

22. Not in the slightest, for my part.
I feel SOMETHING....it's warm and amused and makes me want to smirk. I think it's called schadenfreude.

That little F#$*()^& can send America's poor dream-chasing troops to WAR whenever he wants for whatever fairy-tale reasons he can badly fabricate, but he wants us to think he suddenly cares about rules so much he won't grab a mic and talk for thirty seconds into a camera?

Someone above said this only made sense if he was being investigated (sorry for not quoting who) and that sounds fairly plausible to me. Either that or he's afraid he will be investigated very soon and his handlers don't want him digging himself in any deeper.
